Advanced Public Relations Skills Media Training Course

This two day training event day is designed specifically for PR Professionals, Marketing Executives and Communication Leads, who wish to improve and enhance their Press Release Writing Skills as well as develop an understanding of crisis driven media and build techniques needed to plan and implement successful PR campaigns.

The training will be tailored to your own organisation so it will be highly relevant. We give you plenty of tips and ideas that will work for your specific organisation. We will spend a lot of time helping you develop a strategy, planning a campaign and working with the media.

Day One Agenda

The morning session covers all aspects of press release writing.
We help you write press releases which are effective, eye catching, actually tell a story, get the top line right and force journalists to take notice.
The afternoon deals with Crisis Driven Media, from a communications perspective.
We will look at the types of Crisis that could affect you. We will give you a crisis framework, with universal techniques which can be used in any crisis.
You leave with a structure and set of tools to deal successfully with any future crisis media issues.

Day Two Agenda

Day two concentrates on planning and implementing successful PR Campaigns.
We will give you a structured plan on how to do this, as well as enthuse you with some original ideas for exciting PR campaigns.
We start from project stage, taking into account your existing PR status and reputation as well as what you want to achieve from your programme.
