Helen is a learning and development specialist with fifteen years experience. She began her career in sales in a large blue chip company and developed into Learning and Development management with responsibility for devising the vision and strategy for the function for all levels of the company.

Her talents were soon noticed by a well known international training consultancy. There she gained valuable expertise working with clients internationally in both the public sector, such as the NHS, local government and charitable institutions and private sector such as media, PR, financial services, oil and gas sectors. A strong believer in self development, she supplemented her psychological background with two Diplomas and an MBA.

Helen has taken her fresh ideas in design and delivery, and developed them into her own courses and programs that she now delivers at Media Friendly. She focuses on helping leaders and teams, in both the public and private sectors, to develop their visions and strategy and then engage their people with powerful presentations, improved personal impact and flexible influencing style.
